New contract for the Sewage Treatment Plant in Cluj-Napoca
Matei Construct has recently signed a new contract in the field of environment engineering - sewage treatment plant extension and rehabilitation. This new contract will see our company constructing and waterproofing the new sludge digesters (methane tanks) of the Sewage Treatment Plant in Cluj-Napoca.
For the waterproofing and anti-corrosive treatment works our company's specialists will use an epoxy-based system made of tri-component concrete primer Epostop ABC and epoxy-bitumen bi-component anti-corrosive paint Eposchield C. Due to the particular requirements of the beneficiary, these products were applied using special pneumatic pumps by rock-climbers suspended from the 26 m-high concrete walls.
